Health and wellness coaching looks at the whole person to evaluate the overall well-being of life. This program will help you critically analyze your whole being so we can construct sustainable skills to help you listen and follow your intuition so you can live a life of confidence and love.

What can this program do for me?

What exactly is a health coach?

A health coach is different than a therapist, dietitian, or medical health professional. Our job is to focus on internal health to improve future health outcomes. A coach's job is to motivate, inspire, and empower for what's in the present and what's to come based on clients' priorities and goals.

We work to initiate behavior change towards healthy lifelong habits to reduce the onset of disease and illness throughout one’s life. Coaching works to prevent disease before it comes on by facilitating a healthy lifestyle that addresses all areas of life.

Who do you work with?

I primarily work with individuals that identify as female. My clients are are willing to put in the work to discover love within. The journey to self and intuition is beautiful but it takes a lot of internal reflection and facing tough emotions. I only work with women that are willing and wanting to put in the work towards personal growth.

I do not work with women looking for a quick fix to weight loss, overnight success, or those who are not willing to continuously show up for themselves. This program works, but only if you put in the necessary work.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IN A SESSION?

Each call varies from person to person. I encourage open dialog and allow my clients to guide the session based on where their current mindset falls. Each session is 45-minutes. You can expect hard-hitting, critical analysis questions. My goal on each session is to help my client leave with a different perspective on their current situation. This allows for internal processing which leads to intuitive action.

WHAT IS THE INVESTMENT?

I never let finances get in the way of my clients receiving the help that they deserve. If you are ready to transom your life, fill out the application and we can discuss the best plan for you.

This program is either 3 or 6-months based on your needs. The investment begins at $275/mo. I offer payment plans and paid-in-full packages. If this price point is out of your budget, I still encourage you to apply. I am always willing to create custom packages for those willing to put in the work.

This coaching program is designed to create lifelong habits and strategies to feel and be your best. There is a time commitment for calls and personal work between sessions. If you’re looking for a quick-fix, this is not the program for you.

What is your approach?

With a bachelor’s and master's degree in Health Education, I use my knowledge of motivational interviewing, behavior change, and evaluating health programs to empower and support my clients on a personal level. I am a Certified Health Education Specialist that is trained in the world of health and behavior. I use strategies to create a lifestyle of health and wellness with my clients rather than focusing on just nutrition or fitness. I believe that confidence is a habit, not a trait, and when you have the right resources and tools, you can remain confident in all seasons of life.

What is Intuitive Living?

Intuitive living is using your innate senses to cultivate a life of fulfillment. It’s being able to self-evaluate what your mind and body need rather than the surface of what you think you want. This goes with physical movement, nutrition, decision making, etc. It’s being able to trust what your mind and body are telling you and following through with the decisions you make.
