Health and wellness coaching looks at the whole person to evaluate the overall well-being of life. It works to initiate behavior change towards healthy lifelong habits to reduce the onset of disease and illness throughout one’s life. Coaching works to prevent disease before it comes on by facilitating a healthy lifestyle that addresses all areas of life.
There are many differences between coaching and a therapist. Coaching is focused on the future and accomplishing goals. A coach’s job is to motivate, inspire, and empower for what’s in the present and what’s to come based on clients’ priorities and goals.
Therapy is focused on healing the past through diagnoses and problem-solving. A therapist’s job is to evaluate, heal, and advise.

I work with females in their 20’s that are looking to find self-love and empowerment from within. If you’re willing to put in the work towards personal growth and shift your life for the better, I am here to help you get there.
I do not work with girls looking to find a quick solution to weight loss, overnight success, or girls who are not willing to put in the work to uncover their best selves.
All sessions are virtual (through Zoom or phone call) and last 45-minutes. Session structure varies based on client needs, goals, program type, and progression through the program. General sessions include check-ins, motivational interviewing, evaluation of roadblocks, goal setting, action planning, and assigning of next steps.

This coaching program is designed for you to create lifelong habits and strategies to feel and be your best. There is a time commitment for calls and personal work between sessions. If you’re looking for a quick-fix, this is not the program for you.

With a bachelor’s degree in Health Education, I use my knowledge of motivational interviewing, behavior change, and evaluating health programs to empower and support my clients on a personal level. I use strategies to create a lifestyle of health and wellness with my clients rather than just focusing on just nutrition or fitness. I believe that confidence is a habit, not a trait, and when you have the right resources and tools, you can remain confident in all seasons of life.
I focus on a lifestyle that revolves around health and wellness rather than just giving my clients the tools to exercise consistently or eat a specific diet that that will eventually fall off of. When given the proper health education, it’s much easier to shift as life changes and continue feeling your best.
Intuitive living is using your innate senses to cultivate a life of fulfillment. It’s being able to self-evaluate to discover what your mind and body need rather than the surface of what you think you want. This goes with physical movement, nutrition, decision making, etc. It’s being able to trust what your mind and body are telling you.
