Essentially You classes and workshops vary in price. You may purchase access to individual classes that range in price between $3-$15. Unlimited access costs $29/mo or you can pay yearly for $290/year!
Yes! My goal is to make yoga and health accessible to all, regardless of where you are in your journey! Essentially You offers classes that range in intensity and length, making it easy to step on the mat regardless of your experience. I also have created a Foundations of Yoga program with Yoga Breakdown videos that teach you all about the basics of yoga, yoga philosophy, and how to maneuver and understand common postures and movements that you'll hear in yoga classes. And, you can always reach out for additional support. I'm always here to help you!
My favorite part of what I do is connecting with others. I will never leave you hanging. My programs are differently because I am ALWAYS here to offer motivation, support, and advice. Yoga is a personal practice and health can be difficult to navigate on your own. I'm on a mission to provide you with knowledge and activities that will help you grow and nourish in your person al practices. With a Master's in Health Education and being trained and experienced as a yoga instructor and a yoga teacher trainer, I know I can help you thrive in your practices, on and off of the mat!
Essentially You is more than just yoga classes and meditations. There are programs and workshops to help you thrive in your practices off of the mat. With professional guest speakers and in-depth workshops, you'll be sure to learn about a variety of topics from gut health and nutrition to body image and intuitive living!
Essentially You is not the same as 1:1 Coaching. 1:1 Coaching is an in-depth program with calls and customized programs tailored to accomplish specific health related goals with access to a coach when needed. Essentially You has programs and activities that are more generalized but an still help you accomplish your goals. Essentially You is my way of providing value to those who aren't ready or wanting 1:1 Coaching while still wanting to further their practices and health on their own time!
You do not! A yoga mat is recommended for the yoga classes however, you can practice on whatever surface is more comfortable for you. Some classes do recommend a yoga clock, a yoga strap, and/or a bolster but these are not required and can also be substituted for pillows, blankets, and firm surfaces. Water is highly suggested for the physical classes. For the workshops, a pen and paper may be recommended at times for journaling prompts and reflection however, nothing is necessary to learn and grow!
Yes!! I LOVE taking requests! I want you to get the most out of this program. I take requests for class styles, workshops, guest speakers, and program ideas! Please feel free to message me any and all requests that you have. Priority will be given to those on the Monthly Unlimited Subscription however, I try to incorporate all of your requests to make this fun and effective for you!
